Branchioplax washingtoniana

Taxonomy
Branchioplax washingtoniana was named by Rathbun (1916). Its type specimen is YPM 195, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Port Townsend, which is in a Rupelian marine siliciclastic in the Clallam Formation of Washington.
