| T. V. Gonta and A. V. Kanygin 2018 | The shell is medium-sized, trun- cated oval, slightly postplet in outline. The posterior angles are distinctly blunt. The anterior and posterior margins of the shell are regularly rounded, project beyond the line of the posterior margin, gently passing into the ventral margin. On the lateral surface of valves, closer to the anterior margin, there is a small sulcus subtriangular in outline, narrowing toward the posterior shell margin. The greatest depth of the sulcus is in its lower part. In the dorsal part of the shell, there are two tubercles. The anterior tubercle is relatively small, located above the median sulcus, closer to the anterior margin. The posterior tubercle is larger, sometimes conical. The shell surface is regularly cov- ered with rare fine pores. |
