Taxonomy
Pagetia fossula was named by Resser (1938). It is not extant. Its type specimen is USNM 95026. Its type locality is Locality 37n (Pend Oreille Lake), which is in a Cambrian carbonate limestone/shale in the Lakeview Formation of Idaho.
