Ulrichia was named by Jones (1890) [Sepkoski's age data: O Cara-l D Fras-m Sepkoski's reference number: 78]. It is not extant.

It was assigned to Bolliidae by Benson et al. (1961) and Tilman (1984); and to Palaeocopida by Sepkoski (2002).
