Portezueloemys patagonica
Taxonomy
Portezueloemys patagonica was named by de la Fuente (2003). Its type specimen is MCF-PVPH-338, a partial shell (A skull and partial carapace and plastron), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sierra del Portezuelo (non-specified), which is in a Turonian/Coniacian terrestrial horizon in the Portezuelo Formation of Argentina.
