Taxonomy
Boesites eurinus was named by Leonova (1992). Its type specimen is PIN 4240/62 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Charymdara River, sample 56, which is in a Sakmarian marine horizon in the Khoridzhskaya Formation of Tajikistan.
