Taxonomy
Nonpseudofusulina darinensis was named by Leven et al. (2011). Its type specimen is GIN 4792/1, a test, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is PDK-69, Darin section, which is in a Sakmarian shallow subtidal limestone in the Chili Formation of Iran.
