Taxonomy
Neoagnostus cornuformis was named by Ergaliev and Ergaliev (2008). It is not extant. Its type locality is Kyrshabakty River, 1379-9-9a, which is in an Aksaian slope lime mudstone/wackestone in the Bestogai Formation of Kazakhstan.
