WoRMS claims the genus is extant and has no fossil record, so the Cretaceous occurrence is likely suspect.

Taxonomy
Macrosarisa was named by Maddocks (1990) [Sepkoski's age data: K Apti Sepkoski's reference number: 1066]. It is extant.

It was assigned to Podocopida by Sepkoski (2002).
