Chromogisaurus novasi
Taxonomy
Chromogisaurus novasi was named by Ezcurra (2010). Its type specimen is PVSJ 845, a partial skeleton (vertebrae, partial ulna, ilium, partial hindlimb), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cancha de Bochas, Valle Pintado, which is in a Carnian terrestrial mudstone in the Ischigualasto Formation of Argentina.
