Taxonomy
Eskiscorpio parvus was named by Kjellesvig-Waering (1986). Its type specimen is GSE 2139, an exoskeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Glencartholm, which is in a Visean marginal marine tuff/shale in the Glencartholm Volcanic Formation of the United Kingdom.
