Trachyscorpio squarrosus
Taxonomy
Trachyscorpio squarrosus was named by Kjellesvig-Waering (1986). Its type specimen is BMNH In. 25985, a carapace (large carapace fragment), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Newton Farm, Foulden, which is in an Ivorian fluvial-lacustrine siliciclastic in the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Trachyscorpio.
