Eugeneodus richardsoni
Taxonomy
Eugeneodus richardsoni was named by Zangerl (1981). Its type specimen is FMNH PF2625, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Logan Quarry, Level J, Reserve Township, which is in a Moscovian marine shale in the Staunton Formation of Indiana. It is the type species of Eugeneodus.
