Kirkbya bendensis
Taxonomy
Kirkbya bendensis was named by Harlton (1933). Its type specimen is USNM 85548 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Johns Valley Shale, Ouachita Mountains loc. P-17, which is in a Pennsylvanian marine shale in the Johns Valley Formation of Oklahoma.
