Jianchangnathus robustus
Taxonomy
Jianchangnathus robustus was named by Cheng et al. (2012). Its type specimen is IVPP V16866, a partial skeleton (Partial skeleton with complete skull and lower jaw), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daxishan, Linglongta, which is in a Bathonian/Kimmeridgian lacustrine sandstone/mudstone in the Tiaojishan Formation of China. It is the type species of Jianchangnathus.
