Taxonomy
Pleurofrechites subsidens was named by Tozer (1994). Its type specimen is GSC 28339 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chischa River 13km above junction with Muskwa River (GSC 40088), which is in the Anisian of horizon the Toad Formation Canada.
