Copodus cornutus
Taxonomy
Copodus cornutus was named by Davis (1843). Its type specimen is BMNH P.2580-3, a set of teeth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Armagh, Ireland (BMNH), which is in a Mississippian marine limestone in the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Copodus.
