Bothriostylops medius
Taxonomy
Bothriostylops medius was named by Huang and Zheng (2003). Its type specimen is IVPP V 13504, a partial skull (Fragmentary left and right upper jaws & left lower jaw), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Nearby Datang Town (upper section), which is in a Paleocene terrestrial horizon in the Nongshan Formation of China.
