Thylacodon montanensis

Taxonomy
Thylacodon montanensis was named by Williamson et al. (2012). Its type specimen is UCMP 117770, a tooth (Left M3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Worm Coulee 1 (UCMP V74111), which is in a Pu1 coarse channel fill sandstone in the Fort Union Formation of Montana.
