Ferganodon naryensis
Taxonomy
Ferganodon naryensis was named by Martin and Averianov (2007). Its type specimen is ZIN 94214, a tooth (Right lower molariform tooth), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is FTA-131, Tashkumyr I, which is in a Callovian fluvial sandstone/siltstone in the Balabansai Formation of Kyrgyzstan. It is the type species of Ferganodon.
