Praetetracrinus doreckae
Taxonomy
Praetetracrinus doreckae was named by Jäger (1995). Its type specimen is SMNS 62568/1, a set of stem ossicles, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Geisingen/Donau, sample 7, which is in an Aalenian carbonate marl in the Opalinus Clay Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Praetetracrinus.
