Sinemys brevispinus
Taxonomy
Sinemys brevispinus was named by Tong and Brinkman (2012). Its type specimen is IVPP V9538-1, a partial skeleton (Nearly complete skeleton including the posterior part of the skull), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chabu Sumu (SCDP), which is in a Cretaceous fluvial-lacustrine mudstone in the Laohongdong Formation of China.
