Taxonomy
Bispinacratia posterospinosa was named by Becker and Wang (1992). Its type specimen is NIGP 115763, a valve (left valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Xinhua County ADS-710, which is in a Famennian carbonate limestone in the Hsikuangshan Formation of China.
