Taxonomy
Schizophoria paraprima was named by Johnson et al. (1973). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCR 5462, west of Willow Creek, Roberts Mountain, which is in a Lochkovian offshore shelf limestone in the Roberts Mountain Formation of Nevada.
