Taxonomy
Chartroniella wortheniiformis was named by Cox (1949). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is SW of Hacienda Huanca, Cerro de Pasco, which is in a Norian shallow subtidal limestone in Peru.
It was corrected as Chartroniella wortheniaeformis by Haas (1953).
