Belliscala meta
Taxonomy
Belliscala meta was named by Squires and Saul (2003). Its type specimen is LACMIP 12997 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCLA loc. 3635, Chico Creek, which is in a Campanian marine siliciclastic in the Chico Formation of California.
