Micoureus laventicus

Taxonomy
Marmosa laventica was named by Marshall (1976) [Holotype: UCMP 39273, from locality UCMP V4536. Partial right mandibular ramus with lower m1-2, anterior root and posterior alveolus for lower m3, m4 complete.]. It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is UCMP 39273, a mandible (Partial right mandibular ramus), and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Micoureus laventicus by Goin (1997).
