Eoviscaccia boliviana
Taxonomy
Eoviscaccia boliviana was named by Vucetich (1989). Its type specimen is MNHN BLV 164, a maxilla (right palatal fragment with P4-M3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lacayani Fauna, which is in a Deseadan terrestrial claystone/sandstone in Bolivia. It is the type species of Eoviscaccia.
