Dinopilio gigas
Taxonomy
Dinopilio gigas was named by Fritsch (1904). Its type specimen is CGH ME 56, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Rakovník (Rakonitz, Prague collection), which is in a Moscovian terrestrial shale/coal in the Kladno Formation of Czechia. It is the type species of Dinopilio.
