Rhomaleodus budurovi
Taxonomy
Rhomaleodus budurovi was named by Andreev and Cuny (2012). Its type specimen is BU5240, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Quarries section, sample 93-3 quarry 1 km Bg P+K, Belogradchik, which is in a Bithynian/Pelsonian carbonate limestone in the Babino Formation of Bulgaria. It is the type species of Rhomaleodus.
