Barrosopus slobodai

Taxonomy
Barrosopus slobodai was named by Coria et al. (2002). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is MCF-PVPH-SB 415 17c, a footprint, and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Sierra Barrosa tracksite [MCF], which is in a Campanian/Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Anacleto Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Barrosopus.
