Leptolepidites densus was named by Archangelsky (1972) [Others samples: 740, coord. 46.3/120.1, 41.2/116.8.
Others measurement: equatorial diameter, 71-118 µ.
25 specimens.
Locality. Wells T-134, C-2.]. It is not extant. It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is Holotype: p.m. 744; coord. 24/107.9. Stored at Museo de La Plata, Paleobotanical division., a microspore (Spore). Its type locality is P - 15 , which is in an Eocene coastal horizon in the Río Turbio Formation of Argentina.
