Terebratulina capillata
Taxonomy
Terebratulina capillata was named by Cooper (1988). Its type specimen is USNM 550814b, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS 10340, 10613 (City Rock quarry near cemetery), which is in a Bartonian deep subtidal ramp wackestone/grainstone in the Castle Hayne Formation of North Carolina.
