Waeringoscorpio hefteri
Taxonomy
Waeringoscorpio hefteri was named by Størmer (1970). Its type specimen is SMF VIII 31 and is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Alken #3, Nellen Koepfchen Beds, Germany, which is in an Emsian lagoonal shale in Germany. It is the type species of Waeringoscorpio.
