Liassoscorpionides schmidti
Taxonomy
Liassoscorpionides schmidti was named by Bode (1951). Its type specimen is GZG G525-1 and is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Hondelage, Braunschweig, which is in a Toarcian offshore mudstone in the Posidonia Shale Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Liassoscorpionides.
