Taxonomy
Paraisobuthus prantli was named by Kjellesvig-Waering (1986). Its type specimen is BMNH I.2950 and is an impression. Its type locality is Rakovník (Rakonitz, BMNH collection), which is in a Westphalian C terrestrial shale/coal in the Kladno Formation of Czechia.
