Loboarchaeoctonus squamosus
Taxonomy
Loboarchaeoctonus squamosus was named by Kjellesvig-Waering (1986). Its type specimen is BMNH I.988 and is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Glencartholm, Eskdale (BMNH collection), which is in an Arundian marine siliciclastic in the Glencartholm Volcanic Beds Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Loboarchaeoctonus.
