Bornatarbus mayasii
Taxonomy
Architarbus mayasi was named by Haupt (1955). Its type specimen is MfN MB.A.630, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Becker sand pit, Chemnitz-Borna, which is in a Brigantian pond siliciclastic in the Berthelsdorf Formation of Germany.
It was recombined as Bornatarbus mayasii by Pollitt et al. (2003).
