Orthotarbus robustus
Taxonomy
Orthotarbus robustus was named by Petrunkevitch (1945). Its type specimen is ISM 14863, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Mazon Creek (Illinois State Museum collection), which is in a Westphalian D deltaic mudstone in the Carbondale Formation of Illinois.
