Ozarcus mapesae
Taxonomy
Ozarcus mapesae was named by Pradel et al. (2014). Its type specimen is AMNH FF20544, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is ARC-07, Trace Creek, which is in a Pendleian offshore shale in the Fayetteville Formation of Arkansas. It is the type species of Ozarcus.
