Noripterus parvus
Taxonomy
Phobetor parvus was named by Bakhurina (1982). Its type specimen is PIN 3953, a set of limb elements, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tatal [SMPE], which is in a Valanginian/Barremian fluvial-lacustrine horizon in the Tsagaantsav Formation of Mongolia.
It was recombined as Dsungaripterus parvus by Murry et al. (1991) and Shuvalov (2000); it was synonymized subjectively with Noripterus complicidens by Lü et al. (2009); it was recombined as Noripterus parvus by Andres et al. (2014).
