Sigmastria dilata
Taxonomy
Sigmastria dilata was named by Wilson (2006). Its type specimen is NMS G.1957.1.5149 and is an impression. Its type locality is Carmyllie, near Arbroath, which is in a Lochkovian fluvial siliciclastic in the Dundee Flagstone Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Sigmastria.
