Tianyuornis cheni
Taxonomy
Tianyuornis cheni was named by Zheng et al. (2014). Its type specimen is STM7-53, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Xisanjia, which is in a Barremian lacustrine - small siltstone in the Yixian Formation of China. It is the type species of Tianyuornis.
