Taxonomy
Triassoblatta opistodictyna was named by Lin and Mou (1989). Its type specimen is Zhongshan University 08365, a tegmen, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Benggang, Shijing, northwest Guangzhou, which is in a Rhaetian terrestrial siltstone in the Xiaoping Formation of China.
