Exochorhynchus itararensis
Taxonomy
Exochorhynchus itararensis was named by Neves et al. (2014). Its type specimen is DZP-18817C, a shell, and it is a mold. Its type locality is Baitaca, Teixeira Soares region (Baitaca siltstone), which is in a Sakmarian transition zone/lower shoreface siltstone in the Taciba Formation of Brazil.
