Taxonomy
Olgisca angusticubitis was named by Lin and Huang (2008). Its type specimen is NIGP 133699, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daohugou (NIGP collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China.
