Taxonomy
Juralina ecruensis was named by Middlemiss (1980). Its type specimen is BM BB 76547 (Whitaker Collection) and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ecru, Essaouira, Whitaker Collection, which is in a Barremian deep subtidal shelf marl/limestone in Morocco.
