Taxonomy

Gracianella was named by Johnson and Boucot (1967). Its type is Gracianella lissumbra.

It was assigned to Atrypidae by Jin and Chatterton (1997); to Atrypida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Atrypininae by Williams et al. (2002).
