Aenigmathyris stearnsi
Taxonomy
Aenigmathyris stearnsi was named by Cooper (1971). Its type specimen is USNM 550447a, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Vaingana, Eua Island, which is in a Priabonian offshore shelf limestone in Tonga. It is the type species of Aenigmathyris.
