Cretirhynchia lenticularis
Taxonomy
Cretirhynchia lenticularis was named by Pettitt (1950). Its type specimen is G.S.M. 88774 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Epsom limeworks (junction of Cortestudinarium and Coranguinum zones), which is in a Santonian carbonate chalk in the Upper Chalk Formation of the United Kingdom.
